I pretend to not let people bother me
I feel I need to make every day better than the last
I worry that I will do something wrong
I cry rarely

I understand that nobody is perfect
I say you should love everyone, even your enemies
I dream of my future, knowing it's a great one
I try to live according to God's Word

Hello everyone in the SARI Clan! I hope that your holidays were great and the ones in the future are even better! As you know, last week we did the “I am” poems. Well this week we are going to write a 'Dear Self' poem.

Dear Self,
I know it’s been a while you see, I’ve been very busy, no time for me.
When I get done with one thing, it’s on to the next. By the time I get home it is time for a rest.
This year has gone by way to fast, and finally I get some time for you at last!
Oh no! It seems like it’s happening again, something come up I have got to run, I’m sorry my friend!

Now with this all I did was put rhymes here and there and wrote myself something. When you write it, it can be about anything, saying something like self you did great in soccer, tennis, baseball, singing, etc. or about what you did one day, the list can go on!
