Nature, Dragons, pencils, blank unlined paper, Echo, rocks, moss. (I'm a nerdy nature fanatic. Don't be jealous.) How People Describe Me - The tall scrawny girl with white hair - you know, she paints and works at that coffee shop? Favorite Music - Rock, Christian screamo (although can't listen to it all day - Demon Hunter RAWKS), Indie, acoustic, contemporary Christian, and anything from the 60s backwards. Medieval music is the best though. *strums imaginary lute that is not yet in her possession* Extra Comments, anyone? Any random information you probably don't care about? I am accused of being emo regularly. Sorry about my self-confidence issues, but I kind of can't help it. If you catch me staring into space, the Lord has just given me a plot and we're developing it - or either He gave me an image to put down onto my list of things He tells me.  I hate pickles; my favourite food is fruit. Dark chocolate comes second. But I can't take much sugar. I go through phases when I get tired of eating so don't until I'm in the mood again. Sometimes I drink too much water. I don't dream in color or black and white - I dream in muted tones, and it's always nighttime. There is always a big stone wall. If you see any pictures of woods on the site, they are most likely my backyard. This includes the main picture on the homepage. I want to go back to New Orleans and am coming in June whether anyone comes with me or not - but I'm not driving, so I'll hitchhike if I've got to. You could definitely say I am a loner... And I'm known around town - even at Little Caesar's and the post office - as Squid. I have the hardest time texting the word 'you.' I work at a coffee shop. Want a latte? We have smoothies too. And food. COME SEE ME. NOW. My family originated in Germany in the year 1254, and our last name has undergone a few minor changes since then...I'm still mostly German, but also Polish, Irish, Scot, Russian, Prussian (which isn't a country anymore...wow, we're an old family.), some American, of course, and a VERY small bit Jew. (My great grandfather was full blood Jew but he married a Christian girl, so it's diluted.)  Jesus changes you. Take it from someone who knows. This is about it. Any other questions?  HOBBIES? Listening to music, which I do mostly when I want to be alone to brainstorm but I can't be alone for some reason. Wearing dresses and Converses - at the same time.   Here we see the demonstration of Lizzie's distraction skills. On the left, we see Squid getting irritated at her twin for being distracting, because Squid is trying to finish writing a novel so Lizzie can read it before they had to separate. On the right, we see Squid finally giving in and procrastinating - which was unintentional but inevitable. Note the laptop on her lap.  MY LATEST NEWS A couple of unspoken prayer requests... Been doing LOTS of plotting lately. Like...LOTS. FINISHED HNM NaNo '08 (YAAAAAAAY!!) and now EDITING (noooo!!) Reflection (NaNo novel '07) in the process of rewriting (paused due to HNM time consumption)  SINCERELY, A crazily strange and insane writing freak.
